Read it's Terms & Conditions part, then don't subscribe to it at all. Not subscribing to Sogmad will at least make them change their way of behavior against people.

As you can see in subscription terms section, part VII will obviously lead to ambiguity and accepting such a thing as well as part VIII means you accepted another funny Islamic Republic like rule. (reminds George Orwell's Animals Farm in which The Leader was able to change the main statute)

Now we have to look through another interesting part of this irony-documented Terms & Conditions which is against basic Internet privacy rights and even Copyright laws. It's prohibited to use documents, articles and/or any other materials without licenses and every free material must be licensed under FDL or other similar licenses. Besides, we all know that talking about copyright laws outside of cyber-space of Internet in a country like Iran is a funny joke, so accepting this term implies that you do not believe in licenses and they can use your self-cooked articles, documents and other materials without your permission. (It's important to note that by subscribing to Sogmad you implicitly accepted their Terms & Conditions)

Well my trip to Shiraz was interesting, many old but valuable stuffs to visit like Pasargad, Takhtejamshid, Hafezie, Sadi Tomb, Eram Garden etc etc, and new things like Narenjestan, Karim Khan Castle and it's lovely old but interesting photos etc.

During my trip to Shiraz, many things have happened in the non-commercial OpenSource World and commercial Computing Industry as well, including Fedora Core 5 Final Release. Gaim 2.0.0 beta3 was the next interesting thing that happened to be released - regardless of it's developers of course - and as for Amir's RSS feed- gluegadget - which he told me through phone call, iPod Mobile Phone (!) is the most interesting thing I've ever seen.

Time for gaming. I've done almost nothing in the past two weeks and feel my self a little dizzy in Counter-Strike right now, of course I'l fix this issue as soon as possible and as fast as possible.

Special Thanks to Kaveh Razavi ( c0d3r ) who is one of my best friends and one of the few _REAL_ talented blackhat hackers (crackers) I believe to be exist in Iran, I was able to connect to Internet and check for European Champions League's results through livescore.com and do some blah-blah chatting with friends online during the trip. thank you c0dy - for supporting the Interent Connection - and also I'm so sorry for Juventus fans including Hossein Mortazavi because of that 2 - 0 result in London, hehehe. ( remember that Arsenal Rockz! )

And also we are getting close to 10th of Farvardin which is also more important than the 1st of it for me of course , the _ONE_ knows why. my heart's countdown has started , so I'l go through it.

دیروز در کل روز جالبی بود ... به غیر از خنده ها و شوخی هایی که با بچه ها داشتیم اتفاقات جالب دیگه ای هم افتاد که الان که به همشون فکر میکنم جدا نمیدونم باید بخندم یا گریه کنم ! تا حالا اتفاق افتاده که ندونین باید به یک مساله بخندین یا گریه کنید ؟ دیروز من دقیقا این حالت رو داشتم ! همونطور که خیلی هاتون میدونین ... شایدم ندونین دیروز جلسه ایران لاگ توی فرهنگ سرای فن آوری اطلاعات برگذار شد و راجع به خیلی مسایل بحث و تبادل نظر شد از مساله جاسوسی انگلیس از روسیه اونم به صورت بیسیم در عرض ۲ ثانیه تا موضوعات خنده دار دیگه. گفتنش چه فایده داره ؟ آره خوب دیاری شخصی من پر میشه حداقل! موقع برگشت آنچنان بارونی گرفت که تو کل این زمستون سابقه نداشت. با خودم گفتم همه چیز این زندگی انگار وسوسه انگیزه حتی آب و هوا! موقع اومدن انقدر هوا گرم بود که آدم میگه بابا کاپشن میخوام چیکار ؟‌ بعد آنچنان بارونی میگیره که باعث میشه آدم هر چی فحش بلده نثار خودش و هوا کنه ! - در بهترین حالت البته - برگشتم خونه یادم اومد که هیچی نداریم تو خونه . رفتم کاپشن پوشیدم برم بیرون دیدم بارون بند اومده و باور کنین همه اینا در کمتر از ۲ دقیقه اتفاق افتاد . با خودم گفتم بابا این خدا کی میخواد دست از سر کچل ما برداره ؟ آخه اینم شد شوخی ؟ شب که میخواستم بخوایم به هزار و یک مساله فکر میکردم ... به اینکه چرا هیچ وقت ما ایرانیا نمیتونیم مثل بقیه خلق خدا رفتار کنیم ؟ به تنهایی که دیگه دارم ازش خسته میشم به بارون به ترانسفر اطلاعات در ۲ ثانیه به فلش های کنار اوتوبان به این قسمت که رسیدم یاد این شعر افتادم که :

Don't you know our lives are on trial now And if we lose we're going straight to Hell !

خوابم مشوش شد و دیگه چیزی نفهمیدم . نفهمیدم تا یک روز دیگه هم به ته خط نزدیک تر بشم
